Finished any official Firing Drill by hitting all targets and spending no more than a single round per target.
On the German page, the description reads:
Alle offiziellen Schießübungen abgeschlossen, wobei alle Ziele getroffen wurden und nicht mehr als ein Schuss pro Ziel abgegeben wurde.
This translates to: Finished all official Firing Drills..., which would be a bit extreme of an achievement (in my opinion) and is wrong.
A correct translation for German would be:
Eine der offiziellen Schießübungen abgeschlossen, wobei alle Ziele getroffen wurden und nicht mehr als ein Schuss pro Ziel abgegeben wurde.

The exact meaning seems to have been lost in translation. I suspect others may be incorrect as well, for example the French one is probably wrong, but my French isn't the best. Best idea is to check them all.
