As stated in the title, the <Left Pedal> and <Right Pedal> found under [Controls \ Keyboard \ Plane Movement] and [Controls \ Keyboard \ Helicopter Movement] appear to be linked, where one changes the other. I understand this might not necessarily be a bug, however it does restrict customization when it comes to key bindings.

To give an example, I personally fly Helicopters with A and D as my left and right pedals, however this would currently force me to use A and D for my Plane pedals as well, which I'd much rather be used for banking.
