I was playing a scenario, but then the game crashed. I subscribed from the Steam workshop for the first time. I loaded all of the mods the scenario said it needed and started the game, as well as an additional one. I was at the map brefing before the mission, and the game crashed with the exit code reading 0xC0000005 - STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION. I'm new to Arma so I don't know how scenarios/mods work, but I wanted to try them.

It is in the How to Guide. Under Creating Ticket:
- ZIP the crashdumps up and prepare them for upload
- Drag and Drop the zip file into the Additional Information text box
- Click on the Upload button (little cloud with an up-arrow) and select the prepared crashdump zip in the Additional Information text box
