Have you tried to downgrade the nvidia driver to a version before the one you are mentioning to see if the issue stops occurring for you? If not, can you try and let us know here?

@Geez No,i download a old driver and it not help. This is because of a update what was when 0.62 was on EXP

Do you experience this issue only on the experimental branch? Have you tried to delete the contents of your C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\DayZ folder to see if it has any effect on the issue? Were there any changes on your computer software wise by any chance? (other than the nvidia driver update?). Does the issue occur on both 64 bit and 32bit executables? Also, do you experience this issue on various servers with various population or does the issue occur only on a specific server?

@Geez I still have it problem. It's happening only in DayZ. Other games are not have this problem. No,that's happened on all servers.

Do you experience this issue only on the experimental branch? Can you try to turn off every single program running on your computer, including antivirus etc and then try try to run the game and let us know here? Also, if you have not tried to delete the contents of your C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\DayZ folder, please try that as well.

Do you know what did help to resolve the issue for you (removing the contents of dayz folder in appdata or turning off some program running in the background?) so we can note that in case other users experience similar issues?

@Geez This is happened again,but before this is took 4-5 minutes,yesterday it was on 5-6 seconds. I think i changed distance or rendering in DayZ Config.
