Hello czlowiekalpha and thank you for the report.
Is the window also misaligned/going out of the screen? Does the game go into fullscreen mode if you alt tab and then go back into the game? As we are currently aware that such issue occurs when you click into windows before the game launches. If so, can you try to launch the game without clicking anywhere with your mouse before the game window appears and let us know if the game still launched incorrectly?

I've also experienced this issue but not just when clicking in on a window or the desktop while the game is launching. It can also happen in multi-monitor setups if you have a window from a non-primary display touching or spanning the border of your primary display at the time you launch the game.
Moving all windows away from the border of the primary display prior to launching, or simply minimizing all windows, prevents this from happening.

Thanks @Geez . I did some testing myself and found I could only recreate the issue with a window that is set to "Always on top". So if an "Always on top" window (like a messenger app or TeamSpeak) is bleeding into the primary display, it should trigger this behavior 100% of the time.
