0.62 Trees still have LOD popping

Description

Despite having new tree models I still experience L.O.D. popping when exploring.
I think the main reason is a mismatch in colour between the various L.O.D. models.
Also I think the LOD change should fade one out and one in rather than an instant switch over.
Also I still get the single light blue pixels all over evergreen tree foliage very annoying considering the re-work.

Here is the blue pixels (more white today but im sure they were mostly blue on pre .62)

Here is the popping, colour changes between the models i feel is the biggest issue
Not fading between models is also a problem

The issue with the pixel spots on the trees is known and scheduled for a fix - according to our testing it is related to the alpha to coverage setting, turning it off should result in the spots disappearing (in case they are too intrusive).
As for the issue with tree LODs loading at close distance, we are working internally to improve this behaviour for the future major updates.
