missing script commands getVehicleRadar - getPylonLoadout

Description

Currently there are no getter commands for setVehicleRadar and setPylonloadout.
getVehicleRadar could return scalar 0 for auto, 1 for forced on, 2 for forced off, same as the setVehicleRadar command
getPylonLoadout could return an array holding all pylons and their respective assigned turrets

Very much could use a getter for setPylonloadout as GrumpyoldMan suggested "getPylonLoadout could return an array holding all pylons and their respective assigned turrets".
