Well, I no longer have a low end computer, still get lag walking, driving and riding in vehicles, my FPS is high. Lag will sometimes crash the game.

The above was filmed on a full server. The car videos I have weren't, but the motion is the same. We end up crashing into trees, fences, rocks, etc.
I am still working on getting a car video short enough to upload.

Are you running any other programs besides Steam while running DayZ? Are you using some kind of specific setting that you had on the previous computer as well (such as tweaks in the config files, startup parameters and similar)? Do you experience this issue on both 32bit and 64bit executables? Can you try turning everything off (including your anti virus software), leaving only steam running, try to run dayz and then let us know here if that had any effect on the issue?
