+1 it's random... Yesterday i've seen one black guy (just black, no texture) and after 5 minutes he returned with the texture... lol

I think developers know about it, how and about ERROR read or write memory.
It's for all so. This is one of the serious bugs that prevent you us playing. Such a head glows like a lantern for 500-700 meters. Balaclava does not save, in it such a head flickers.
