3rd person camera is going places - sitting in a door frame turning 45 degrees leads to exploitive camera movements
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

i've made some descriptive images as i am not capable of producing gifs/videos of reasonable quality.
so see the imgur link for yourself:
3rd person view going places

example:

by sitting in a door frame facing one frame and then slightly turning the mouse to do a 45 degree turn you can force the 3rd person
camera to move away from your char effectingly exploiting it to see around whole buildings while sitting comfortably in a door.
the camera basically moves away until it suddenly snaps back when reaching the full 45 degree.

So in these very scenarios the adaptive and implemented counter-exploitive camera-movement can be forced into a position where
a player can - again see around corners and this even from a safe distance away from said corner.
