Description

Probably multiplayer locality issue: if a player driven repair truck tries to repair a player crewed vehicle, the vehicle does not get repaired.

Steps To Reproduce

Use dedicated server
Make more than 1 player get in a damaged tank
Make one or more players get in a repair truck
Note inability to repair tank
Ensure only one person is in the tank (driver?)
Note tank being repaired

Additional Information

Likely happens with fuel/ammo trucks too, and could happen with helicopters as well. Try them all ;)
