Crashed several cars, most notably a truck due to desync. Won't start anymore, fuel, water, battery, everything in there but the engine just won't start even after several restarts (might be related to T123588).

The problem is that the truck doesn't respawn either, it's just broken and unusable.

This seems to be the case with all the cars on our server, seeing as we have a crashed Sedan in Elektro that won't despawn/respawn either.
Is there a time limit on them (if they are untouched for X days they despawn, etc)?
