Yo you can check out my report on this bug. I know how to do it but its a little bit different.

I've tried doing it while being prone (z) but could only slide and shoot crouched and standing up while my hands were above my hand!

This is a known issue and it is scheduled for a fix.

Also, dilfordyt will not be able to view the ticket as we have put it as private so the issue cannot be abused by other players.
