Does this issue occur all the time or was it one time occurrence? Have you tried changing video options when the issue has occurred to see if it has any effect on the issue? And have there been any hardware changes or driver updates in your computer prior to the issue occurring?

I have seen this before, (attached picture from 4 months earlier). It happened after re-spawning. It only happens after playing for a while (couple hours). in the pictures I originally posted it seemed to spiral out from the central point where the angles start when I would look in that direction. I have not changed any hardware in the PC since it was built in Nov 2015. I use MSi GTX 970, with GeForce experience.
