This always happens. It was on public servers "FL/GA/IL/NJ", any of those or similar ones. I have not tried this on private. the servers were empty.

Hello Geez,
I have seen this before, (attached picture from 4 months earlier). It happened after re-spawning. It only happens after playing for a while (couple hours). in the pictures I originally posted it seemed to spiral out from the central point where the angles start when I would look in that direction. I have not changed any hardware in the PC since it was built in Nov 2015. I use MSi GTX 970, with GeForce experience.
