1)Get a list of paper and a pen in inventory
2)Use a pen on paper list
3)Write down some text in popup textbox window
4)End editing
5)Try to read the note.
6)Watch the empty note with no text.

Many RP servers relied on this paper notes mechanics, but it started malfunctioning since 0.59 stable in following order:
0.59 stable: no cyrillic support (I get it, you probably do not save it in unicode anymore). Any cyrillic symbols simply disappear in note after relogging to server. English alphabet still works fine.
0.60 stable: no cyrrillic symbols in chat (then again, no unicode anymore, I suppose). And some sick append bug which appends your note text to every note on server. It even keeps the color of used pen.
0.61 stable: nothing can be written down and saved anymore.
p.s. it was a really good feature that many players admired, please fix :-)
