not sure if it is by design but i've noticed that by default, the rangefinder has a worse zoom level/depth than just using the RMB with eyes only.
with nothing in hands and with the raised hands and rangefinder (pic 1 and 2)you get the same zoom while you get a worse zoom with using the rangefinder itself (pic 3)
is this as it should be, shouldn't you have at least also the option to zoom onto the same level than with RMB?
