Could you try again and post the servers / time again when you do, possibly sometime during the week? As we unfortunately do not have access to the connection logs from the weekend due to the logs being temporary.

Hey it sounds kinda stupid but you checked the server version there on compared to yours as i had this but kept trying and 1 server worked ill post the ip in a minute see if you can get on the one i do

I apologize for the delay. I had too much on my plate this last week.
Something I found today, some servers work, most don't.

Tested on 2/21/2017

These failed:
2:07 173.199.84.6 (Public shard)
2:08 173.199.86.149 (Public shard)

These worked:
2:12 108.61.125.20 (Public shard)
2:11 23.94.241.18 (Private shard)
