[1.67 DEV] BuildingChanged eventhandler does not trigger for Land_Hangar_F

Description

If you do a setDamage 1 to a Land_Hangar_F object (like for example on the Altis main airfield) the BuildingChanged eventhandler does not trigger at all.

Expected behaviour would be that BuildingChanged EH triggers for all building objects.

I have not tested for other buildings yet.

@BIS_fnc_KK do you mind sharing if this was some object specific issue? aka could this also affect other buildings?

Destruction for this has animation but not ruin to spawn, and EH was tied to ruin. Now it fires with objNull for ruin
