If you can, try not deleting the charcter altogether, but removing the case.

We will take look at the crash logs you have provided. As for your character, we are unable to remove single items from your characters inventory. We could try deleting the character for you to see if that resolves the issue - if you agree to that, please post your Steam account link in here.

here are the new ones, so you can investigate the right ones.
since the update and the wipe this evening, you no longer need to wipe the character, i can again play like normal (actually i have a new protector case, so maybe i can't :) ).
be aware, that the logs were acutally old one (you can see the timestamp), i unintentionally uploaded.

We will take look at the crash logs and update the ticket when we know more. Your other ticket has not been missed nor ignored, however with the amounts of reports we currently are receiving, it may take some time for us to review the tickets.
