Same problem here, every time I log on UK 10 I start fresh. I am not completely sure, but I think I opened Character window in main menu each time before connecting again(No idea if it has anything to do with the problem).
EDIT: Searching through open tasks, this probably is a duplicate of T120888

I think i know why you are rolback !
It's beacause your not disconnecting, you have wait the "servers restart", or it's the servers has crash, and not saved your characters !
Juste disconnect/reconnect all 10 minutes for save your character !

Juste Join Hight ping servers .. For Exemple SNG 0-1 or AUS 2 - 4
