When in third person, using Q or E to move the camera, or when it is "pushed" by world geometry, results in very stuttery movement almost as if the framerate is low (except my framerate counter was reading over 100).

3.) Witness hitching of the camera

I had that and mine fixed by turning vsync on, still was getting 100+ FPS which is odd but it fixed the hitching that I had.
