Do you use any startup parameters? Have you tried various video settings? Does the behaviour change with different settings or is it pretty much the same? Also, can you try deleting the contents of C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ (Be sure to make a back up of the files as deleting them will reset all your keybinds and in game settings) and let us know if doing so has improved the behaviour?

Deleted contents of folder, fps was worse, would have to go and reset it to what I have to improve.
