Have you tried to verify the game cache integrity in Steam or reinstalling the game? Are you using any launch parameters (if so, remove them as we do not support them and they cause various in game issues)? Does this or similar issue occur to you in other games? Does the issue occur on lower video settings or on different server? Also, if possible, please upload your dxdiag file and upload it to this ticket.
It is hard to tell what the cause of the issue might be at the moment without sufficient information provided, please refrain from making such conclusions.
