Hello Sneakydude and thank you for the report.
The in game range for magnum reflects its real life range. We also have tested this based on your report and had no issues killing a zombie at 75 metres, therefore we believe everything works as intended.
Regards,
Geez

It actually was about 25m at the time. i am assuming like the .22 it is desync or memory issue error.

I report what i see. and if infected don't go down 25m 50m by a weapon that is suppose to be killed, then i report what i see.

Have you aimed for the head when you did shot that target while being at half the distance of your zeroing? Because 25m for the magnum is half its zeroing which is 50m, if this was the case, then this is a normal behavior of the game, indeed when you are shooting your bullet will first rise for a half your zeroing, then drop, your bullet won't go straight! So when your bullet is half the path of your zeroing, it will then hit above your target. so to evectively hit a target in the head at half your zeroing, you must compensate, and aim slighty under like in the bottom of the neck, or in the upper chest.

here is something that might give you an idea of the thing: http://i.imgur.com/tilmFWg.png

Yup i know how to shoot, trust me.

but i was getting the same effects with the .22 nothing would land close or otherwise. I am talking not far away. I almost had to wait till they came towards me, the distance i was argo'd by.

What i was seeing on both guns was nothing would hit a standing still object like this, which we all know not to be true. They get hit or fall with head shots, or chest shots. Seeing that both guns never drew blood bothered me.

So all i can think that happened was desync, or someone was running ddos attacks on GSP game servers. People are really lagging those servers up.

When you exit the game right away memory error pops up.

Its weird i know :(

I forgot i even increased and descreased the .22 with longrange scope. Even had a buddy look closely at it. I said if the 22 is going to act like this i dont want to use it for sniping. I will keep the magnum for close ranges, as i know it works good and use a cr527, or the winchester. So finally my buddy got sick of watching me go through 2 mags 50/50 and shot it for me at 200m on his cr527

Blood showed up for him, but not me.

I also had a problem up close with the red 9, at less then 10ft. Nothing would land, but shot. Could be packetloss that is being effected here.
