There is a V3S Truck spawn at Grozovoy Pass [32, 1] yet a short distance away it's nearly impossible to climb up a road [24, 12.2] when approaching from the East.

I think this is due to the road surface being too bumpy and not the angle of the road, but could be either. Even downshifting and using turbo getting up the road is next to impossible in a large vehicle (I tried multiple times with the truck, it's not me it's your game). I don't think this is intentional.
