Steps To Reproduce
- Have a working vehicle.
- Drive to the top of a hill.
- Try to remove a tire.
- Vehicle will fly into the air and flip to a side or over.
- Most vehicle parts will be ruined.
Additional Information
I have not been able to reproduce since it takes a long time to get a working vehicle. It seems the physics works fine on the road, parking lots, and dirt roads. I have not tried in open fields, but on hill/mountain tops if you try to remove a tire the vehicle will fly into the air. And land on its side or completely flip over.
I will continue to test and update when I can.

Was able to reproduce.
This time it happened on a railroad track.
- Drive bus on a railroad track.
- Have back of bus stuck on track.
- Take a wheel off. (In my case front right side)
- Bus flipped over.
It seems the physics goes haywire when a vehicle becomes stuck.
