I play in windowed mode and when I log onto the game the buttons are not where they should be. This is the whole menu or any clickable option on the screen. The way I fix it is to minimize and maximize two times and it is corrected. I have experienced this since .60 experimental.

Event Timeline
As a forward and reference to my comments below, my render resolution is set to 100%, or native for 1920x1080.
I also noticed that this behavior exists on my setup as well. In addition, when switching from 1920x1080 full screen to windowed mode, you need to adopt a "prediction" method of mousing, as you need to "imagine" where the buttons are to actually click them - the mouse cursor and the buttons themselves do not line up.
As an aside, I would recommend adding hotkey support for the menus (such as using the arrow keys to highlight fields and options, and the ability to use ENTER to select an option once an option is highlighted, or ESC to cancel that option).
I also noticed that when switching the resolution back to 1920x1080 from windowed mode, full screen does not resume correctly.
Finally, even with no screen adjustments, some menu buttons do not actuate when clicked. Pressing ENTER while the desired button is highlighted is a work-around. This is most obvious during viewing server details and trying to click the smaller "connect" button. I also noticed that menu buttons do not line up with the mouse correctly, causing a very minor level of "prediction" to be necessary to "feel" where the button range actually is. This latter case is noticeable, but on a much smaller scale than the aforementioned issues when switching screen resolutions.

That link will tell you how to change it from 1080 to 1050 so you can adapt it to the desktop for dual screens or shift + tab.

It might be that they do it on a per patch basis. Just repost anything that isn't being looked at that is still valid today.
