I was in the school building on the west side of town on the top floor looking out the windows and when looking at certain angles all of the objects on the map would disappear and expose all of the ground textures. Looking out of the southern windows on the top floor should reproduce this. Buildings would disappear as I looked to the south-west, and would reappear as I looked to the south east.

Steps To Reproduce
Head to the school in Novaya Petrovka and go to the top floor.
Look out of the southern and eastern facing windows and look left and right, you should see the objects vanishing and reappearing.

I thought I took screenshots but it turns out I was pressing the wrong button =/ Haven't been back in the area since to re-test it.
