Occlusion culling / Visible surface determination not always working correctly when you look outside from an indoor area

Description

When you look through windows from inside some buildings, the occlusion culling sometimes hides buildings / props that should be visible through the windows. This happens especially with some of the newer industrial buildings that have been added in the game.
