Steps To Reproduce
Doesn't work for anyone I know and hasn't worked once for me in experimental or in stable. Joining a server and pressing P should show it.

uhhh wtf ? How do we know which players are on the server then ? Like to check if we are on the same server as a friend. Jeez

You can still do that through steam, when you open the steam overlay there should be a list called "Friends on this server". You can also view a list of all the players on the server by clicking on "Current game" in the steam overlay.
