KBTell conversations are not quite working with the .lip files, though have been working fine before. Lip movement is extremely choppy (as if it we were back in the randomLip days!) and is sometimes not working at all. It would seem .lip files are not being read correctly. It's a little bit like when you attach a character to an object that has no simulation and then play an animation on it. Major choppiness.

Steps To Reproduce
Examine lip movement on Dev branch in the main campaign (one of Miller's briefings will give you a good example; some seem worse than others).
