Description

Every time I start Arma 3 up again, my cloud quality graphics setting will automatically go from ultra to very high.

Steps To Reproduce

Have your cloud quality settings on anything but 'very high'
Restart the game.
Go to your graphics settings
See that your cloud quality is 'very high'

Fixed itself for me in the Apex preview build

Present again on RC
