(Apex) Some vegetation objects are invisible at one or more LOD

Description

OBS:
Some objects on Tanoa are invisible at middle level LODs. They are visible at both lower and higher LODs. Objects appear invisible at all angles.
As the viewpoint moves toward them from distance, they appear, then disappear, then reappear.

EXP:
All objects should stay visible as the viewpoint approaches them. All LODs should have the same apparent basic shape, size, colour, etc.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. For each of the affected objects listed below, execute the code in debug console for a good example of the object in game.
  2. Splendid camera opens. Move the viewpoint toward/away from object, results depending on video settings. For reference, I'm using my laptop which has weak gfx card (I7 3610QM, Nvidia GT 650M).

I've noticed similar issues with many trees and bushes on Altis becoming transparent or invisible at low/mid detail LODs.
The problem is most apparent with textures set to standard in video options.

Affected objects include:
t_oleae1s_f.p3d
b_neriumo2d_f.p3d
t_phoenixc3s.p3d
t_ficusb1s_f.p3d
