If you put a Industrial Fence in the water you will see that top part of the fence will be visible not the underwater one, but if you are underwater you will only see the lower part of the fence not the top part of the fence.

Steps To Reproduce
- Go into Eden and go somewhere were water is
- Place an Industrial Fence in the water but with the top part of the fence still out of water
- Then look at the fence and you will see that one part of the fence will be visible but the other part won't
