I have spoken with the FT admin and he has told me that there were no maintenances recently, so it is probably a problem on your side. He has suggested that clearing the DNS cache might resolve the issue.

Yesterday, 9:30p.m. again from 3 different pc's on different places. Also an Pc, which was never before on this side.

and now, temporary, i get
"502 Bad Gateway
nginx/1.8.0"

I think, there is somethink not right at your side. Hacker again?

The 502 has been caused by updates of the site which were going on at the moment. If it is okay, could you send us the IP address from which you are trying to access the site (you can post the comment as private)? Then our IT department could try and see what they can do.

My character is locked in database and if only logged into this character 2 times.
When I joined a server the attempt remaining just counted down from 5 too 0 all in one log In attempt.
Your game is broken and you need to fix this right away
I payed for this game preview and should be able to use what i spent my money on.
And from what iv been reading on this website I'm not alone in this issue
