Stuff like wall, grass at many other are jumpy when looking through binocular at very close range.

Description

I've activated vsync, because i thought it was high fps related, but stuff was still jumpy at close range when looking through binoc, but it seems that it happens when fps wents over 60 fps.

Another issue: When i look from distance at the broken glass of the broken window from the top roof of the police station, i can see through another building (through the hospital building or its a similar looking building) and see the terrain behind it at Severograd (you may have to put object graphics to very high.

I just noticed that anything is juddering when i look at it, it doesnt't matter if with scope or not.
With zooming in you can see it better.
It's very distracting when you try to look through a wire fence, or lying down at the grass and its jumping at the screen.
