The V3S vehicle gets stuck in what seems like the floor, like the wheels are anchored to the floor. I assume this happens through restarts, as I've checked 3 V3S that have all been 100% fixed up, and they can't drive, like they are stuck to the floor and have be moved, this only happens on roads as far as I know. You can use a bow to get it unstuck, but it is very hard to get unstuck, if it can get unstuck at all. Sometimes you can't get in the vehicle for some reason. Also if you can get inside the V3S and try to start driving, the vehicle bounces all over the place, but doesn't move from its original position.
