Additional Information

There is a VERY GOOD chance that the software "ICP" caused this issue:

"Intel Compiler Patcher (ICP) scans your hard drive for executable files compiled with the Intel C++ Compiler making it possible to disable the CPU dispatcher in detected files, thus, increasing performance of the software that uses these files with CPUs other than Intel."

EDIT:
The problem seems to be that this tool creates new versions of the original *.dll and/or *.exe files with certain parts of the code disabled/commented etc. You will find that these are exactly the ones also showing up in the BE cmd window with the notification "blocked loading...."

WORKAROUND:
By default, ICP creates backups of the original files with ending *.orig in the same location. You can now start deleting the altered files and replace them with the "old" ones. Then start DayZ again and iterate this as long as you get these errors. This also means, you don't need to actually revert back to ALL the original files.

Hello joe_mcentire.
This appears to be a BattlEye problem. Please contact the BE support directly at http://www.battleye.com/support/ and provide them with all the information so your issue can be resolved. I will keep the ticket open and let me know once the BE support has responded to you.
Regards,
Geez

I have already reported the issue at be

I got a reply today from BE:

"Hi,
Yes, BE is checking these files and due to them being corrupted they are
blocked. And no, you cannot get banned for this."
