When other character has new UI open on his screen his character is locked in stride and slides around instead of walking / running.

Have someone open new ui and move around. In this particular instance he was trying to place a car tent but it happened any time he had ui open to reload weapon or any other activity.

I am seeing this with increasing regularity- Some guys are trapped in ladder climbing pose as they slide around on the ground. Other times guys are crouched or doing whatever it is when the effect takes hold.
