I picked up a barrel and I am unable to remove it from my hands. I cannot drop it, when I throw it it stays in my hands.
I have tried rebooting. Server restart did not fix it.
I cannot drink or eat. When I try it says "cannot remove item hands".

It is possible that a friend was looking in the barrel when i picked it up.

I've had the same thing happen before. Solution is to have a friend try to bind your hands. If that won't work, you at least have a barrel to stash your kit, after the mercy killing.

This is a known issue caused by picking up the barrel when the lid is open (#0027483) and it has been scheduled for a fix. To get the barrel out of your hands now, you can try forcing the barrel out of hands through some kind of action, such as entering a vehicle.
