I was talking to people through the Walky Talky and later decided to remove it from my inventory and leave it behind.
After a while I could still hear people talking as if I had an enabled Walky Talky in my inventory.

Steps To Reproduce
I am sure I turned it off before I threw it away. When it was gone I had no way of turning off the voices.
I have not checked if rejoining the server fixed the issue.
I have not picked up a new Walky Talky.

This bug is still in. Even removing the batteries doesn't fix it. Only a rejoin does.
This bug is a big security issue because people who are actively using walkie talkies always have to fear their private talk might get broadcasted.

Just realized I misinterpreted this bug report with a similar bug that's happened to me at the time of my comment: I turned off my radio to talk privately with my locals, but my in-game VoIP still carried to people listening on their radios.
