Telescopic Baton - size doesn't change after closing the baton

Description

The size of Telescopic Baton is always 1x3 squares despite the state of the item (opened/closed).

It should be 1x3 when opened and 1x2 when closed.

Steps To Reproduce

Find Telescopic Baton, open it then close it. Size is always the same.

Additional Information

Very minor issue but still IMHO it should be fixed.

Trumpet after folding in half changes it's size and so should Telescopic Baton do, don't you think?
