dayzdb location (084, 103) shows a lonely scaffolding without the presence of a building. so imo this structure doesn't make any sense there tbh.

there are even other sceneries like this with seemingly senseless objects. any plans regarding this?

Maybe it was set up next to the road to inspect vehicles leaving Mogilevka.
