Screen glitched while I was driving and I ended up driving into a tree. Front tires were flat and I removed them to repair. With tire repair kit in hand,I could not get the option to repair. Also,could not remove the middle tire.

Steps To Reproduce
Reattached the tires and removed them again to try and repair. Tried dragging kit over flat tire,using character cursor,and using scroll wheel to bring up option. None of these steps worked.
Additional Information
Shot middle tire and still could not remove or repair.

you cant repair flat tires with the repair kit, only damaged ones.
if you cant remove a tire it (might) have been removed before and then replenished by the servers restart. those ones cant be removed anymore, known issue.
