You can suicide by doing an animation where the character is about to sit down take his/her right hand up to kill yourself with a improvised knife or stone.

If you press F10+F11+Right-click and spam it over and over again untill you get the animation where the character is about to take his right hand up while sitting down when just at beginning when he starts to do this you literally spam both right and left click at the same time very fast to suicide.
You can miss it if you dont do it fast enough just keep doing it untill you get the hang of it and it works 100% of the time.
Remember that the animations can get delayed to server and auto-cycle it after a while if you spam it to get the animation going before spamming the right + left mouse button.
