can't access top of building crane (sniperspost)

Description

Don't know if intended or just an issue with a crane in Cherno (071 126) but you cannot access the top level of the crane.

pic above just shows the only possibility to use the ladder back down to the bottom.

Steps To Reproduce

climb crane
reach platform
try to climb further
-not possible-
