I think you might have got the issue i was reporting wrong.
It was not, that the truck was "sliding" on that slope, but that i was no able to enter, even though it was moving only minimaly (if at all)
i'm not sure, but i think i had been able to enter sliding trucks at previous occasions, but they might have stopped as well
navertheless, watch the video, and then decide:
if you disagree, just nevermind and close this (i'll apologize for bothering you, in that case)
requesting reopening from the ticket gets me the "acess denied" page, so i'm doing it this way...

The issue has been confirmed and scheduled for a fix. The issue is that when the v3s slides from the slope similar to your video, its action menu for entry moves into different place than where it usually is.

nice to hear, taht you have figured out the cause. but why havn't you reopend the original ticket :)
also, how will the game act, if i get into such a situaton again, and then find the action menu? will i warp to the truck, will it warp to me or will the server deny the action because im to far away?
Once you find the action menu for entering the vehicle, then the character should enter the vehicle without a problem.
