Pond ripples (Normals) pan with player movement

Description

I ran into a friend by the pond at 032, 112 and we noticed the water pans normally when the player is stationary. But when moving it changes speed/direction and pans according to player movement. {F32166}

Steps To Reproduce

Go to the pond (or a pond)
look at said pond
sidestrafe while looking at pond (best if done in the opposite direction of the pond's original pan)

Additional Information

I believe it has something to do with the shader. Must be linked to the players coords/position. Severing that link should do the trick as the pond pans on its own just fine.

noticed another pond location with this issue. http://dayzdb.com/map/chernarusplus#7.045.000
Seems to be an issue only in some/specific areas, which is rather strange.
