0.58 Experimental - Bug whereby character can't walk/run/ascend stairs in Firestations

Description

User cannot walk/run/ascend stairs in Firestation. User needs to vault into the steps to successfully ascend. This happened in Elektro firestation so not sure if this happens in others?

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Bring character to Firestation
  2. Bring character to front of steps in Firestation leading to above floors
  3. Try walk up/ascend stairs
